The St Clair County ETSB office is located in downtown Belleville at the southwest corner of W Washington St and S 1st St next to the Belleville Post Office and diagonally across from the St Clair County Building.

Directions

From the East: Take E Main St west around the circle in downtown Belleville. Continue west one block on W Main St to the first light and turn left onto S 1st St. Follow S 1st St one block. After passing through the stop sign at W Washington St, the ETSB office will be the first building on the west (or right) side of the road.

From the North: Take N Illinois St (IL 159) south to the circle in downtown Belleville. At the circle, veer west onto W Main St. Take W Main St one block to the first light and turn left onto S 1st St. Follow S 1st St one block. After passing through the stop sign at W Washington St, the ETSB office will be the first building on the west (or right) side of the road.

From the South: Take S Illinois St (IL 159) north to the circle in downtown Belleville. At the circle, veer west onto W Main St. Take W Main St one block to the first light and turn left onto S 1st St. Follow S 1st St one block. After passing through the stop sign at W Washington St, the ETSB office will be the first building on the west (or right) side of the road.

From the West: Take W Main St east toward downtown Belleville. Veer off to the right onto W Washington St. Follow W Washington St east approximately half a mile. Turn right onto S 1st St. The ETSB office will be the first building on the west (or right) side of the road.
